Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before commissioning work. By placing an order you agree to the following.
1. Scope
I'm willing to write original works and characters, fanfiction and fandom-specific original characters, erotica and NSFW, character sheets/profiles/fan-wikis, as well as darker topics you might see classified under the "Dead Dove: Do Not Eat" umbrella.
Fandoms I work with include: A Song of Ice and Fire, Fire & Blood, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, House of the Dragon, Game of Thrones, Arcane: League of Legends, League of Legends, Neon Genesis Evangelion, True Detective, Chainsaw Man, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Star Trek: The Original Series.
I also write fanfiction of any film in English or Brazilian Portuguese with subtitles available in at least one of these languages.
2. Payment
All prices are USD. Payment is made via Ko-fi — you can use either PayPal or Stripe. I take part of the payment upfront and part after the work is finished.
Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission. I will never charge additional fees without your knowledge and explicit consent.
3. Revisions
After the initial outline, I work on a weekly update basis. There is no fixed estimated time frame for me to deliver the complete work, but communication is always constant.
You have the right to request up to three major free-of-charge changes during the writing process — that is, changes that impact the bulk of the work and require extensive rewrites.
4. Refunds & Cancellation
I hold the right to reject any commission offer I'm not particularly comfortable with, though I'm open to much.
Refunds are always allowed before the writing process has started, or if I'm unable to finish the commission for any reason. Completed works can't be refunded.
5. Rights & Credit
After the work is completed, it will be posted to AO3 and you'll be sent a file of the written work through your email. You can ask for as many copies as you want.
I reserve the right to promote the commissioned work. You are free to share, print, and repost my work with the proper credit. I ask that you do not use my writing for profit nor claim ownership of it. I further ask that you do not feed my writing to AI learning models.
